🧸 1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or washed.
  • Items purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged or faulty).
  • Personal care items (e.g., pacifiers, bottles, etc.) due to hygiene reasons.

📦 2. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and guide you through the return process.


💰 3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund through the original payment method or provide a store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

🚚 4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.
  • If you are returning the item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), you will need to pay the return shipping fee.

🔁 5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., size or color), please contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
